Work starts on new elderly living and care home development at Chatham Waters - Peel Waters
Construction has begun on a 75-bed care home at Chatham Waters, Medway. Delivered by Peel Waters, Montpelier Estates, and Apex, the facility provides specialist dementia care and social amenities, including a bistro, hair salon, cinema, and sensory rooftop garden. This follows the completion of 237 affordable homes and a new linear park. The project focuses on community and well-being, creating a supportive environment for later living within the thriving waterside district.
